Based in Southeast Michigan, we travel throughout the entire region.  We are a full-service General Contractor.  We provide the complete project management and coordination of all jobsite activities.  At Tower Group, we work with A/E Team, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the job is completed on time and meets our client’s budget.

Our services include the entire job oversight with direct Project Management and Supervision of all trades.  We self-perform much of the project responsibilities with our own crews.  From demolition, rough and finish carpentry, to acoustical ceilings and painting work.  With our internal resources, we can move quickly on every project and not be hindered by many issues that hamper the construction market.

We have provided Owners Rep services throughout the United States for over 15 years.  As a direct representative to the owner, we offer complete Project Management Services and oversee all job activities.  This involves soliciting estimates, conducting interviews and making recommendations for the A/E and Construction Team on each project.  At Tower Group, we provide the much-needed sense of urgency and oversight of every detail on each project.
